Opportunity Rehabilitation Program
This program is a sub-acute skilled rehabilitation program that offers a full array of services to individuals who have sustained a traumatic brain injury. We designed the classrooms, living and dining rooms, conference and therapy rooms to provide a comfortable setting for re-learning of skills.

Skilled Nursing Facility
This program has a full array of programs to maintain or develop individual potential in self-care and socialization.

ICF/MR PROGRAM
Admission into the Harmony House ICF/MR Program is based on the individual needs of the client.  This is determined through a diagnostic evaluation completed within 90 days prior to admission.

The purpose of the programs at Harmony House is to provide an appropriate, congregate residential living experience for people with special challenges.

We believe that each individual has the right to learning opportunities that will promote personal development.

This development includes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive experiences to result in maximum, appropriate independence.
